This timeframe encompasses the transit time for the return to reach us (typically 5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receipt (usually 3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time for the refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days).

It's important to note that shipping rates for many of our items are determined by weight. The weight of each item can be found on its respective detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.
